The Park contains a huge variety of flowering and non-flowering plants. In 1989 the Institute for Regional Conservation identified over 450 species of just the flowering variety. From the tall pines to tiny mosses, plant life abounds in the Park. This section contains the plants most commonly encountered in the park, those species that George and John find to be the most interesting or photogenic, or added due to a request.
